Clinical Supervisor — Staying OnTrack Program

What you'll do

• Assist with clinic operations, including intake assessment, service planning, interventions, and discharge planning
• provide individual and group clinical supervision
• train and coach staff
• support evidence-based practices and risk assessment
• conduct chart reviews and audits
• participate in incident review
• serve as an onsite point person for high-risk situations
• manage the 24/7 crisis phone service
• provide limited direct services and crisis management.
