Quality and Compliance Specialist

The Quality and Compliance Specialist role is onsite in Utica, NY. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. The position supports The Arc Oneida-Lewis Residential Supports department, helping ensure services meet state and federal requirements for people with disabilities. The specialist monitors quality and compliance, supports corrective actions, and helps staff meet training and documentation standards. Audits, reports, and communication with department leadership contribute to safe, consistent services and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Monitor and implement recommendations from state reviews, investigations, and compliance concerns
• develop monitoring tools
• draft quality and compliance reports
• conduct safety inspections and audits
• assist with corrective action plans
• ensure required staff training is completed
• maintain confidential documentation
• communicate with team members
• may participate in agency-wide committees.
