The Teaching Assistant (Special Education) is an onsite role based in Netawaka, KS. Compensation is $17 - $20/hour. This position supports the Special Education team at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education, which provides alternative education programs for children and young adults. This role exists to provide personalized support, supervision, and guidance to students in grades K-9. The Teaching Assistant collaborates with educators to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral interventions, helping students build essential skills and confidence.

• Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive learning environment
