What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, develop, motivate, and coach store managers and wireless sales representatives
• drive results across assigned locations
• assist store managers with scheduling
• maintain product and competitive knowledge
• ensure merchandising, housekeeping, signage, and maintenance meet carrier audit standards
• resolve customer and team-member concerns escalated by store managers
• build relationships with carrier personnel
• communicate senior-management direction to staff
• protect company assets.
