What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day community operations
• supervise and develop leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff
• ensure compliance with HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, PHA, and applicable regulations
• oversee leasing, occupancy, and resident retention
• manage rent collections and resident accounts
• review certifications and compliance documents
• prepare operational reports
• monitor budgets and expenses
• coordinate contractors, capital improvements, and maintenance
• inspect property conditions
• resolve resident concerns
• use Yardi for leasing, reporting, accounting, and compliance.
