What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
• prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
• accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
• perform light housekeeping
• provide hospice support, medication reminders, range-of-motion assistance, and incontinence care as applicable
• use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts as needed.
