Maintenance Technician — Multifamily Property

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled and requested interior and exterior maintenance, including painting, snow or ice removal, gutter cleaning, filter replacement, and trash-compactor work
• maintain and repair community equipment
• respond to resident and staff repair requests
• keep maintenance items in safe areas
• attend assigned training
• coordinate with vendors as instructed
• follow safety and OSHA requirements.
