The Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Telemetry role is onsite in Stoughton, MA. Compensation is $59–$63 per hour. The nurse provides care to medical patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring on a telemetry unit.

What you'll do

• Assess and monitor telemetry patients
• interpret cardiac rhythms, identify arrhythmias, and intervene according to protocol
• administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per physician orders
• recognize changes in patient condition and promptly escalate concerns
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• document care
• and educate patients and families.
