What you'll do

• Manage business-unit profit and loss
• prepare budget plans with Sales and Finance
• plan capacity, capital investments, and staffing
• review product costs and adjust as needed to meet budget standards
• review non-quality activity and coordinate corrective action with Engineering and Manufacturing supervisors
• set annual goals and review progress quarterly
• allocate operating budgets
• monitor productivity and efficiency
• maintain customer schedules and communicate work progress
• represent the company during customer visits and presentations.
