Dietary Aide

The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Anaheim, CA. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. The role supports food service for residents at Buena Vista Care Center. The aide assists with meal preparation and service while following residents' dietary needs, portion controls, food-safety practices, and facility standards. The work also includes cleaning and supply tasks that help maintain an orderly dining and kitchen operation.

What you'll do

• Assist dietary management and cooks
• help prepare meals according to residents' dietary needs
• serve meals and deliver trays and food carts
• follow portion controls and sanitation guidelines
• clean worktables, floors, dishes, utensils, and equipment
• return clean items to storage
• remove garbage and waste
• obtain supplies for upcoming meals
• report occupational exposures and follow facility policies.
