What you'll do

• Install, configure, test, maintain, and replace shipboard IT, communications, and network systems
• support Windows devices, servers, network equipment, LANs, virtualization, and Active Directory
• resolve Tier I/II technical issues
• perform cybersecurity compliance activities
• maintain copper and fiber cabling
• coordinate with government and technical teams
• document systems and work
• train military personnel and end users
• travel to customer sites, naval installations, shipyards, and vessels as required.
