Route Relief Utility Driver

The Route Relief Utility Driver role is onsite in Lanham, MD. Compensation is $26.78 per hour. The driver supports Alsco Uniforms’ Service Departments in meeting customer needs. The role provides route coverage by delivering products, collecting soiled linens, and supporting customer accounts. It contributes to service continuity through safe, timely deliveries, accurate account handling, customer support, and coordination with service, sales, and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Deliver products and pick up soiled linens on assigned routes
• provide customer service and resolve service concerns
• follow service procedures for installations, deliveries, and account management
• maintain inventories, route books, and customer files
• handle payments, credits, and change orders
• report customer feedback and competitive activity
• promote services and refer leads to Sales
• inspect and maintain truck cleanliness
• load and unload products and move carts.
