What you'll do

• Resolve Level 2 workstation, printer, network, account, and software issues
• coordinate escalations
• provision computers, accounts, and software
• install hardware and conferencing equipment
• verify patching
• track IT assets
• manage and document tickets
• coordinate vendors and repairs
• maintain network closets
• provide desk-side user support
• assist with onboarding and offboarding
• report site health and incidents
• respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.
