The Welder, Utility Truck Equipment role is onsite in Cabot, AR. Compensation is not specified. The position is part of Custom Truck One Source’s Cabot fabrication team, building and customizing utility equipment used by electric utility crews. The welder fabricates and installs components on utility vehicles and tracked aerial equipment, following drawings and specifications while meeting safety, quality, and production standards. The work contributes to equipment builds that support utility infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Perform MIG, TIG, and flux-core welding on steel and aluminum
• cut, bend, punch, shape, fabricate, and weld parts and assemblies
• interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• build and install custom components
• select materials and tools
• maintain safety, quality, productivity, and an orderly work area
• coordinate with fabrication, assembly, and production teams.
