What you'll do

• Prepare and finish bakery products to quality standards
• follow product shelf-life and preparation procedures
• monitor bakery inventory and prepare products as needed
• record production, waste, and required temperatures
• maintain an appealing product showcase
• respond to product needs from the restaurant front
• assist guests at the restaurant front when necessary
• clean and organize the kitchen
• follow safety and sanitation procedures.
