What you'll do

• Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, texts, and chats
• qualify prospects
• schedule and confirm showroom and service appointments
• update the dealership CRM
• conduct follow-up campaigns for aged leads, no-shows, and previous customers
• coordinate handoffs with sales, service, and management
• support promotions, events, and manufacturer campaigns as needed.
