What you'll do

• Support implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and daily IT operations
• provide Tier I and Tier II problem identification, diagnosis, escalation, and resolution
• configure and manage Linux/UNIX and Windows systems
• install operating system software
• monitor systems and resolve client/server, storage, network, mobile, and device issues
• manage configuration, capacity, reliability, and performance
• support application, data, and messaging flows
• provide technical support and status updates
• troubleshoot dispatch systems and hardware
• analyze escalated tickets.
