What you'll do

• Establish daily production goals for leads, appointments, sales, referrals, and collections
• conduct production calls and team huddles
• support onboarding and performance reviews
• lead the monthly marketing calendar
• recruit and coach personal training staff
• oversee personal training procedures and objectives
• resolve member complaints
• maintain cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security standards
• track checklists and logs
• assist with payroll processing and approval.
