Outside Plant Engineer III

The role develops and validates aerial, underground, buried, conduit, fiber, and copper network designs and documentation, coordinating with project, construction, permitting, utility, and other teams to move work toward construction readiness and closeout.

What you'll do

• Develop and update OSP designs, routing plans, work prints, splicing information, bills of materials, and supporting documentation
• review routes for constructability, capacity, clearances, and conflicts
• perform or review field surveys
• verify compliance with NESC, Lumen, utility, and Pearce requirements
• support permitting, right-of-way, easement, joint-use, and pole-attachment activities
• coordinate project deliverables and maintain records in Lumen systems.
