What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on battery energy storage systems and ancillary equipment
• support troubleshooting, repairs, component replacement, and system restoration
• assist with software and firmware upgrades and routine checks
• document work in service tools
• provide remote technical support
• support customer and contractor education
• use service platforms to complete work orders
• collaborate with senior field engineers, site teams, and service providers
• follow safety procedures including LOTO and job hazard analysis.
