What you'll do

• Lead development of the agent intelligence layer
• lead a small AI engineering team
• define agent capabilities and benchmark real workflows
• build evaluation frameworks and infrastructure
• manage task success metrics and token budgets
• conduct user story mapping and validation
• make architecture decisions for tool calling, state management, error recovery, model routing, and context
• write production code, review designs, and collaborate with integrations, product, and customers.
