What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• inspect safety systems
• document inspections and work
• maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
• assist with renovations and equipment upgrades
• coordinate with departments and contractors
• follow safety and environmental requirements.
