What you'll do

• Serve as the owner’s representative for retrofit, renovation, and modernization projects
• manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications
• coordinate design teams, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders
• oversee procurement, contract administration, and project controls
• monitor construction for quality, safety, and project compliance
• lead meetings and issue resolution
• review documentation, change orders, schedules, and cost forecasts
• support phased construction planning
• report project performance and delivery status.

Why this role
