Technical Manager — Manufacturing Process Development

What you'll do

• Own production process settings and product recipes
• evaluate and implement manufacturing process changes
• improve product performance, yield, and cycle time
• qualify and validate products and processes
• lead root cause analysis
• ensure process data collection and analysis
• lead production-line trials
• evaluate future machine technology with capital projects and engineering
• coordinate with research and development, product development, and sales on production trial plans
• support accounting in reflecting manufacturing costs by product SKU.
