Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Afternoon Cases

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works onsite in Knoxville, TN, providing services at client homes or other designated locations. Compensation is $22–$27 per hour. Blossom ABA Therapy provides applied behavior analysis therapy to children and supports RBT development through clinical support and fellowship opportunities. The RBT delivers one-to-one therapy under treatment plans created by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), records client progress, and provides a consistent, positive presence. The role contributes to clients' care through structured sessions and communication with the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children

• track and report client progress through session notes
