• Establish out-licensing, co-development, and other structured transaction opportunities
• develop and present business cases and recommendations
• lead external opportunities
• coordinate cross-functional due diligence and alliance management
• follow proposals, term-sheet development, negotiations, deal closure, and alliance management
• contribute to licensing strategy
• represent Biocytogen at industry, investor, and partnering conferences.
