Reporting to the CFO and partnering with the VP of Design, the manager coordinates the company-wide Entrepreneurial Operating System rollout and improves project visibility, capacity planning, and execution. The role helps teams meet commitments and make informed decisions about schedules, workloads, and project performance.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the company-wide EOS rollout with the CFO
• track milestones, priorities, scorecards, commitments, and leadership action items
• maintain design project schedules, milestones, and assignments
• monitor designer workload and upcoming demand
• flag capacity gaps and scheduling conflicts
• compare budgeted and actual design hours
• build project, capacity, and utilization reporting
• improve handoffs and workflows.
