What you'll do

• Lead the global ORV long-range product plan and align it with related product plans. Develop proposals, program plans, and business cases
• support development-process gate reviews and approvals. Analyze market, competitive, demographic, and customer trends
• guide Voice of the Customer research. Manage international portfolio forecasts and model mix
• define product characteristics and specifications
• lead product committee meetings
• recommend pricing
• and develop launch and go-to-market strategies with Marketing, subsidiaries, and distributors. Coordinate accessory and bundle plans, monitor technology and regulatory trends, and represent Polaris at industry events. Travel 25–30%, primarily internationally, and up to 50% between specified Minnesota offices.
