Senior Spa Director

The role supports a distinguished luxury wellness offering through strong service, operational performance, and financial management.

What you'll do

• Develop the spa and wellness vision, strategy, operating standards, goals, budgets, and procedures
• oversee daily operations and personalized guest service
• develop treatments and wellness programs
• recruit, lead, mentor, and train staff
• manage staffing, revenue, costs, pricing, inventory, and vendor relationships
• maintain facilities and ensure health, safety, sanitation, and licensing compliance
• build brand and practitioner partnerships
• report financial and operational results.

Why this role
