What you'll do

• Own corporate IT operations
• design, deploy, document, monitor, and support branch infrastructure
• provide Tier 1–3 support
• administer Microsoft 365 and identity systems
• manage endpoints and assets
• implement cybersecurity and compliance controls
• administer networks, servers, cloud services, and backups
• maintain continuity and recovery procedures
• coordinate onboarding and offboarding
• manage vendors and budgets
• lead technology projects and roadmap.
