What you'll do

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain qualified department equipment
• coordinate work and resolve production or equipment problems under supervisor supervision
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• adjust line speeds to meet standards while maintaining quality
• complete operational checks and repair requests
• monitor food safety and quality limits
• maintain work areas and equipment
• assist with employee training and assume some supervisor duties in the supervisor’s absence.
