What you'll do

• Meet with clients and develop estimates using Xactimate
• create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch. Manage work through completion, review budgets, track invoices and labor in job costs, maintain construction schedules, and coordinate with trades and management. Develop scopes, negotiate with customers, maintain client relationships, identify site hazards, coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed, and complete required reporting and training.
