What you'll do

• Assist the general manager with planning and strategy

• help ensure guidelines and objectives are met
• recruit, train, delegate to, and supervise employees
• report problems or accidents
• cover for senior management when absent
• monitor operating costs, budgets, and resources
• prepare and present reports
• work with guests and vendors
• address complaints
• assist with inventory and supplies.
