Counter Manager & Team Leader — Restaurant Front of House

What you'll do

• Supervise and guide counter staff, assign tasks, and manage breaks
• deliver customer service and resolve concerns
• oversee cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, and shift reconciliation
• maintain knowledge of seasonal menus and ingredients
• coordinate in-person and online orders with the kitchen
• maintain clean and safe service areas
• represent the Gold Card program.
