Nurse Delegated Caregiver — Tacoma, WA

The Nurse Delegated Caregiver role is onsite in Tacoma, WA, with work at clients’ homes or care facilities. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour. Fedelta Home Care provides in-home care services. What you'll do

• Follow individualized care plans
• assist with activities of daily living, including housekeeping, delegated medication assistance, personal care, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, transfers, and companionship
• report changes in client condition
• maintain client records
• keep client environments safe and orderly
• transport clients as directed
• assist with mobility and physical therapy activities as directed
• follow emergency and safety procedures
• maintain confidentiality and HIPAA practices.

Why this role

A current Washington State CNA, HCA, HHA, or NAR credential in good standing is required, or the ability to obtain required certification within state timelines. RN Delegation certification is strongly preferred but not required. Regular local travel and reliable transportation are required.
