What you'll do

• Consult with prospective students about cosmetology and esthetics programs
• conduct admissions interviews in person, by phone, and virtually
• guide prospects through enrollment
• nurture leads through follow-up
• meet individual enrollment goals
• coach and motivate Admissions Advisors
• monitor admissions metrics
• support enrollment growth and student experience.
