What you'll do

• Responds to EMS Call-Center requests for patient transport
• Provides care in the out-of-hospital setting during interfacility transports
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care according to scope of practice and protocols
• Performs duties within Emergency Departments
• Ensures ambulance and equipment readiness
• Seeks ways to control costs.

What we're looking for

Education

Associates Degree in Emergency Medical Services/Paramedic or a Certificate of program completion in EMT/Paramedic.

Experience

1 year of experience as a field Paramedic with an EMS agency and/or clinical experience working in a hospital.
