Roofing Project Director

The Roofing Project Director role is onsite in Houston, TX, and pays $100,000–$110,000 per year. The role supports Cotton Commercial’s commercial roofing projects from initial opportunity through closeout and final payment. The director manages the commercial and administrative side of projects, coordinating clients, adjusters, subcontractors, estimators, procurement, and field project managers. The role develops scopes and estimates, administers contracts and documentation, and supports billing and collections so project commitments and financial requirements are tracked through completion.

What you'll do

• Coordinate client, adjuster, subcontractor, and internal stakeholder relationships
• support roofing inspections and document roof conditions
• develop scopes, estimates, and proposals
• coordinate contracts, authorizations, and change orders
• maintain project files and support handoffs and closeout
• prepare invoices and monitor billing and accounts receivable
• help resolve scope, documentation, billing, and customer issues.
