The Licensed Nursing Assistant role is onsite in Yuma, AZ, with pay of $16.50–$18.35 per hour. SYNERGY HomeCare of Yuma provides in-home care intended to help clients maintain independence and dignity. The LNA provides personal care and daily-living support, monitors and documents changes in clients’ condition, and coordinates with families and care teams to support safe, individualized care at home.

What you'll do

• Provide bathing, toileting, grooming, and mobility assistance
• monitor and document physical and mental health changes
• support daily living activities
• provide medication reminders and basic prescribed exercises
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• prepare meals
• transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands
• communicate with clients, families, and care teams.
