The supervisor directs the maintenance team, manages the make-ready process, and ensures high-quality results and customer service.

What you'll do

• Work with the on-site team in managing all maintenance-related repairs and upkeep
• Manage the make ready process
• Initiate, perform & oversee maintenance projects
• Develop scopes of work for small improvements/services
• Manage expenses properly
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
• Direct supervision and support for the maintenance team
• Direct the Preventative Maintenance program.
