Certified Nursing Assistant / Medical Assistant — Wound Care

The assistant supports bedside rounds and wound-care visits by preparing patients, helping with care tasks, documenting information, and coordinating with facility staff. The work helps clinicians conduct consultations efficiently and supports patient care in long-term-care settings.

What you'll do

• Assist wound-care physicians during bedside rounds
• troubleshoot with skilled nursing facility staff
• ensure patients are available and ready for consultations
• assist with incontinence care, patient positioning, dressing application, and skin exams
• take notes on wound measurements, locations, and treatment plans
• assist with telemedicine visits and camera use
• help obtain written consent when required
• travel daily to partner facilities.
