What you'll do

• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including register preparation and inventory reconciliation
• train and onboard Wellness Advisors
• coach employees and escalate employee-relations issues
• assign daily work and breaks
• reinforce compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• manage escalated customer concerns
• investigate cash, point-of-sale, and product discrepancies
• verify inventory and cash deposits
• maintain marketing assets and a clean, safe environment.
