What you'll do

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
• Answer phones and respond to orders, reorders, and customer inquiries.
• Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review, maintain accurate customer information, generate dispensing labels, clarify orders, resolve client complaints and inquiries, and triage incoming faxes by facility or department and cutoff times.
