Supplier Quality Support

Job overview

The Supplier Quality Support role is onsite in the Dallas, TX metro area, with compensation of $100,000–$135,000 per year and a 14% annual bonus opportunity. The role serves as a liaison with McDonald’s Field Office teams, Owner/Operators, distribution centers, and other partners, supporting quality, food safety, and customer partnerships for a food manufacturing client.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with McDonald’s Field Office staff, Owner/Operators, and distribution centers
• promote quality and food safety initiatives
• contribute to the Field Team’s strategic plan
• support new product and platform development, testing, and deployment
• collect field data on restaurant operations, equipment, and product quality
• troubleshoot product concerns
• monitor product damages at distribution centers
• communicate promotional and regional product activity
• participate in customer meetings and events. Travel up to 50%, including extensive overnight travel, is required
• some weekend travel may be required.
