Front Desk Guest Services Sales Support

What you'll do

• Support guests in person and by phone
• identify guest needs and share relevant offerings
• answer questions about services, programs, schedules, and policies
• coordinate front-line tasks and maintain guest records
• escalate and follow through on concerns
• maintain a welcoming environment
• assist with inventory ordering and receiving
• help train cosmetology and esthetic students in customer service and business skills.
