The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist — Weekend Package role is onsite in Waukegan, IL. The stated pay range is $34–$45 per hour. The schedule is 36 hours per week, Friday through Sunday, 6:00 PM–7:00 AM. Vista Medical Center is seeking a technologist to provide diagnostic imaging and patient care. The technologist operates CT scanners to obtain diagnostic images while supporting patient safety and comfort. The role contributes to diagnostic care by performing scans according to physician orders and protocols, maintaining equipment and records, and collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.

What you'll do

• Perform CT scans according to physician orders and protocols
• follow safety guidelines and position patients for accurate imaging
• operate, maintain, and clean CT equipment
• administer contrast agents when necessary and monitor for reactions
• assist physicians in analyzing diagnostic images
• explain procedures and comfort patients
• maintain patient records
• follow safety, quality-control, infection-control, and privacy standards
• collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
