What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and present food according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines. Prepare and store ingredients
• maintain kitchen and dining-area cleanliness
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• follow food-safety procedures
• monitor food quality and temperatures
• receive, label, rotate, and store supplies
• wash dishes and cookware
• assist with opening and closing
• respond to guest requests
• report equipment, safety, inventory, and food-quality issues
• and support special events and high-volume service.
