The Technical Sales Manager — Americas role is hybrid, based in Katy, TX, with travel up to 50%, including occasional international travel. Base salary is $80,000–$150,000 per year, plus performance incentive. Sineng Electric manufactures photovoltaic inverters and battery energy storage systems and supports customers across the United States, Canada, and Latin America from its Katy headquarters. The manager provides technical support throughout the sales process, translating customer requirements into system configurations and proposals. The role also helps customers address code and interconnection requirements and relays market and field needs to product teams.

What you'll do

• Partner with Account Managers on customer calls, site visits, and technical presentations
• size systems and select products for photovoltaic inverter and battery energy storage applications
• own technical sections of RFP, RFQ, and ITB responses
• advise on NEC, UL, IEEE, and interconnection requirements
• support AHJ review, interconnection applications, and witness testing
• deliver product and application training
• support commissioning escalations with field service
• connect customers with factory engineering
• provide market and field feedback to product management
• represent the company at trade shows and technical workshops.
