The Class A HAZMAT Truck Driver / Equipment Operator role is onsite, based in North Brunswick, NJ, with 100% travel to customer sites. Pay is $27–$28 per hour. Clean Harbors provides environmental, energy, and industrial services and supports hazardous-waste cleanup at customer sites. The role operates Class A trucks and other equipment and performs driving and field duties to meet customer cleanup needs. Work includes loading and unloading, placarding vehicles, maintaining logs and reports, and following safety and regulatory requirements; emergency response and on-call rotation may apply by position.

What you'll do

• Operate Class A commercial trucks and other heavy or light equipment
• assist field laborers
• load and unload trucks
• perform manual work at customer sites
• placard vehicles to company and DOT requirements
• maintain logs, timesheets, and reports
• follow safety and compliance rules. By position, participate in rotating emergency-response on-call coverage and site remediation or hazardous-material handling.
