- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes
- develop, edit, and maintain CNC programs
- prove out new or revised programs
- select tooling and machining parameters
- interpret drawings and GD&T
- perform in-process and first-piece inspections
- adjust offsets and programs
- maintain production documentation
- collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality
- support continuous improvement and safe work practices.
